Recon does not want to shift from 3rd to 4th or back. It easily shifts from reverse to 1st then 2nd then 3rd but wont shift into 4th. If I continue to try shifting it will eventually go into 4th and easily then into 5th. But then it wont go back down into 3rd. I have replaced angle sensor and all gears in the shifting motor. You can hear and see the manual shifting shaft move when you push the shift button, but it really takes many tries before it finally will upshift into 4th. But then it doesn't want to downshift .
