98 Grizzly Sand/Hardpack Combo Tires

I am trying to decide whether to use the Blackwater XT's or 589's on my 1998 Grizzly for towing jetski's in the sand. I am usually on hardpack but venture a couple times a day on the weekend into the sand to tow the skis into the lake for launching. Anyone have a suggestion on which of the two would be best in sand? I am presently selling my OEM wheels on ebay.
