the only real way to do it is by feel, i imagine you could measure with a plumb bob and a hmm [one of them things to measure angles...] but its best to just go with how it feels. Castor should be your low speed turning, ie more castor [like trailing the tire more], quicker turning at slow speeds, but shaky at highspeed and wanders. Camber is your highspeed turning, camber in will turn better at highspeeds, camber out better at slow speeds, it also affects your bump steer too. Im not posative if this is all correct, might want to do a little research or ask someone, Its been a while since I bothered with any of it...

LRS A-arm setup
I had my caster all F'ed up, way too much bump steer and turned too fast. Adjusted them last night but have not had a chance to ride with the changes.
