Hey racers! Chamber on MX and ride hieght?

First of all, get your terms straight. It is CAMBER NOT CHAMBER. Do you even know what each of these adjustments are? You may not even be able to adjust your camber unless you have aftermarket a-arms. As far as the toe in, you don't want a lot because then the tires will "scrub". Talk to a shop like Baldwin Motorsports or Nacs to see exactly what they do for the pro bikes. The toe in really helps in the steering quickness, while the camber helps the traction in the corners. Camber forces the wheels to move into a vertical position as you turn and the chassis starts to roll. This causes more contact between the tire surface and the ground which improves the traction. I hope that you are not trying to get camber just for looks! If you do it wrong, you will severely stress out your spindles and wheel bearings. When I bought a set of a-arms they suggested I run 1/16" toe in for fast turning, but call Baldwin I am sure that he will help you.

Raychalp is right. Not much toe in at all. As far as camber, it is up to your riding style. Check out some old racing pictures of Gary Dentons Laeger. He ran so much camber it looked like the quad was broken! That is how he liked it though.
