Default Tire sizes front vs rear

I was wondering what a good combination would be for tires on the front and rear? Should they all be equal? I talked to a Goodyear dealer about Mudrunners and he said to go with the same size all around? Is this a good thing or is it better to go 26X9 in the front and 26X12 in the rear or would 27's be better? Could the Rincon's suspension take the bigger tires?

Thanks

I have had alot of customers go equal all the way around. The majority of them though, go narrow fronts (better steering capabilities) and wide rears (stability). The Rincon can definitely handle the bigger tires.

I prefer to go as wide as possible on the rear for maximum traction and a little narrower on the front due to clearance and steering issues.I have 10x26's and 12x26's on my rubicon.
