the dunes didn't seem to beat up to me. last time i went they were so thrashed that you couldn't even jump anything because there was no lip to the dunes. this time i was jumpin every chance i got. i didn't make it out to the drags, but i will next time.

 

we where there also from 8:00am till sunset. The fog was crazy kept wetting my goggles,also my shirt . But it was great taking the 'R' out for a spin,I dont drag race cause my bike is set up for desert, dont even use paddles.But had a great time hitting the woops', at 5th gear pegged!.Yellow 250r,with one graphics.

 

Yeah, the fog was so thick on saturday i actually got lost....haha and i was roughly 500 yards from the beach front...lmao

Queen...you live in the Central Valley and you call that crazy fog? Do they not let you out in December and January?

I was like wow, reminds me of Fresno in December...but sandier. I had friends get lost out there. Riding in a Hummer H2 and people were following us like we knew where we were going. We were in dunes, the compus said West, we said GO EAST! (We were west of Sand Highway trying to make it out to Comp. Hill...err...does it even count as a hill? Wasn't too bad coming back on Sand Highway...after we found it.

I had a hell of a time...I wear glasses so I was fighting with them fogging up under my goggles and then the really wet fog came in later on Sat.

man, that fog wasn't that bad. i've been out there in worse. i almost ran into the back of a ranger's truck on . i couldn't see 20 feet in front of me.

 

BlackandRed...its a little different driving the same marked roads everyday...being in the middle of sand can get little confusing, believe me the fog out here aint nothing for me, I have to drive to Fresno everyday on the 41...now in december thats CRAZY!
