Has any one drove by the dunes? If anyone lives close, how much snow do you got.
What shape do you guys expect them to be on opening weekend? How busy do you expect
the dunes to be? Can you tell im getting anxious. Is it April 4th yet?[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

check the oceana county website and they might have updates or a phone number you can call for conditions.

There is a website that you can see the dunes from the big hotel on the corner.

Go to yahoo type in silver lake weather cam then click on the third one down a page will come up then scroll down until you see silver lake then click on that link. It will load and show you a picture from the hotel on the corner pointed out to the dunes.


I LOOK AT IT EVERYDAY

I CAN'T WAIT UNTIL THE 3RD AND 4TH OH YEAH

well I live abour 15 miles south of silver lake so I will check out the conditions and report back.
the snow has been gone for a couple weeks but the temps have been below freezing the last few days im sure the sand is hard.
can't wait until the 3rd.

I think my plans have changed,i may be going up on sat morning and staying sunday till afternoon
I am so looking forward to that weekend.

I will be there on the 4th of april, cant wait.

I live about an hour south of the dunes and the weather has been nice for the last couple of days(other then the rain).
