ya we had a guy come and ask us but we never run against norm on the 4th so i'm not sure what is up with that!! How did norm big one run up choke on the 4th!!

 

He was hitting 72 MPH but letting out of it at 1/2 way point . He still had some bruised ribs from when he shot out of the top and rolled it on Fathers day . I think the pain was reminding him about gravity .
SO is it you that has the TRX 450 on Nitrous? ? Were you camped real close to the entrance of the BLM lot? Just wondering . I'm the Big guy on the White 04 raptor .

ouch!! my buddy that sells the nos has it on his and then one other buddy has it too!!

 

No biggy it was second hand here say . Norm 's pretty pround of how his equipment runs . He will admit to loosing if it happens but then he has to go do more mods and more mods and so on . But his machines do fly!!

what about the quadzilla? Not to many people mention the power of the quadzilla? I am also looking for a good dune quad,and heard that they are the fastest quad ever made, with the exception of a few (million dollar) banshees~Lol I have heard people try to compare the Ds650's with the quadzilla, but. i have personally been to Glamis and seen the two race, let me tell you no competition for the 500 2-stroke powered QUADZIILLA. Just my two cents worth~

on wet sand at Dumont, i always swap back to my regular dirt tires, the paddles just put too much grip on the sand and they cant turn. next time your ridin dunes on a rainy day, id recomend goin back to ur dirt wheels.

 

Before you buy anything make a trip to the dunes and check out the rides. Get a real look and feel for what really happens out there.
Just my two cents.

 

The best 4 stroke dune quad is by far the ds, I would think.........that thing is made for duning........The others(pred, yfz,trx...etc....) are just too rough for what I like to consider duning. If we're talking racing(sand drags) I might change my mind.
