NEVER has there been a limit to parking or Riding...No matter what time of night or day...to pull of the side of the road for a quick stop under the picnic tables or to show as a ATV camper.

4 Months of KSI presence.
I believe signs were being painted in very early December '05. First improvement...fence.
So KSI was unable to locate any 55 gal. drums in the last 2 years you guys have been hatching this plan?
Tells me trash pick up was not the priority. (Especially if the county provided parking and receptacles!)
"Hey it COULD HAPPEN" you say???...when pigs fly? It could Not have happened just as easily!
I know in my heart the rummors of closure and complaints about conditions got really hot and heavy about the time this plan was conceived. Anybody want to take bets on that??

It is not, nor has it ever been about the $7 bucks, the rules, or even the concept of cleaner, safer dunes.
It has always been about JDZs demeanor. About the threats, the arrogance, the strong-arm tactics, about the deceit and lies.
Every one embraces the thought of cleaner safer dunes!! We all desire the issues be addressed and corrected.

I think you nailed it. It behooves him to allow people to ride on land he didn't purchase. But I think he would have a hard time enforcing any claims in a court of law without markers or no tresspassing signs. I seriously doubt he even know exactly where hi property lines are. You can't without a survey and markers.

i personaly am not taking sides on the matter cause i have to much damn money tied-up in sand toys and i dont want to lose my riding area, that is why i will pay my seven dollars and MIND MY OWN BUSINESS and as far as Danny or any of his group being jerks, they have allways been nice to me and anyone in my group. so if you dont like what KSI is doing then leave them alone cause i have never seen them on your side
