I was wondering how a blaster does in the dunes. Thanks foe all the help.

 

my wife had one and it was fine, but i think a big guy would have some problems(its only 200cc).

 

You should be fine. I used to have one and it did great until i just outgrew it. But it should hall you around without any problems.

 

I bought two for my kids....bone stock 2003's. I'm 6'3" 210 and I ride them all over the place. Aside from lacking in cool points, they're just fine. Some of the fun is the challenge involved in getting up the really big hills...you couldn't get up Banshee hill in Winchester without some serious mods...but I hear piping them makes a world of differnce. So a long answer to a short question...yeah, they'll work fine.

 

Both my boys have them now and the only upgrade they have are Skat Trak Haulers. They have no problems getting up Banshee Hill at Winchester. Great quad

 

i rode a blaster for a couple years when i was around 25. it hauled me around the dunes pretty good. I still see quite a few of them at St. anthony where we ride.

 

jeffgordanhater... if yu wanna get more bottom end n gettem out of the hole get a 13 tooth sprocket
