blasters in the sand ?
#2
A buddy of mine has a son that rides one with us all the time out at the dunes here in Utah. He does very well and he does like to jump. We nicknamed the kid "space". So yes they will do well in the dunes and then jump well. But that depends on the size of the rider...

I rode one a couple years ago in Glamis, and it was OK. It was a little underpowered, but the biggest disadvantage was its narrow width. You have to use lots of body english. I'm sure for smaller, lighter riders a Blaster would do just fine.

My son's Blaster is awesome in small and big dunes. It has excellent balance and jumps real well for lighter riders. I bottom the shocks easily. He takes it just about anywhere with confidence. I'm real impressed with the performance in sand. He's got 20x10x10 7-paddle haulers and 21x7x10 mohawks for the dunes.

I HAVE A BLASTER AND IT IS ON THE SMALL SIDE BUT IT HAS GOOD POWER.IT JUMPS VERY WELL. THE FARTHEST I HAVE EVER JUMPED WAS 30ft HIGH AND CLAERED A GAP 60ft ACROSS IN 4th GEAR. IT DOES VERY WELL IN DUNES THE STUFF I TALK ABOUT IS IN THE DUNES.
