Smooth Buff or Mohawk
#2
Both tire will work in the sand the Mohawk will turn better the buff will ride and turn better if you have hard pack dirt to ride over. I use STU's Razorback my self turn real good and adds more flotation. If want better straight-ahead run go with the buff if you want to turn go with the Mohawk.

When I recommend Razors on the front it is based on how much riding you do in the Dunes. If you ride say, 50 - 50 Dunes and non-duning. It is worth the investment in money and time to have front sand tires. Anything less than 50 - 50 and it may not be worth the investment. Most of what front sand tires do is help in the floatation and make turning "somewhat" easier. I have ridden with front Razors and they work great.
