I would suggest an experiment. Fill your tires up to 8 to 10 pounds, get a low pressure gage to carry with you and go riding. Ride, Race do whatever it is you do and let out 2 pounds. Repeat. Do this until you have 1 or 2 pounds of pressure and note which level you like the best. I run anywhere from 1.5 to 9 pounds depending on the area and conditions.
