Me and three buddies are headed down to Winchester Bay tonight. Weather doesn't look to good this weekend but who cares! If you see a yellow '02 400EX (that's me), '89 250R, red & white Banshee and a piece meal '80s Suzuki (Husky engine) that is us.
Six hour drive for us from Tacoma but worth it!!!!!!

Watch out when you are there! A storm came through and really ripped it up. There is also an enormous amount of standing water....Still fun though!

Good information. I really appreciate all the help. Now we have to decide when we can all go at the same time.

Hello All,
Me and my wife will be staying at the KOA(Coos Bay) July 6-13. This will be our first trip to the Oregon dunes! I can't wait! Last January, we went to Dumont and Pismo. That was great!! It was our first dune riding ever. I tried talking my wife into going to Dumont this January, then going to Oregon in July, but then she showed me the check book. I had to make a choice, and Oregon it was. I CAN'T WAIT!! It's been below zero for 2 days now.....Counting the days.......

RSO660R--

I think letitsnow said he was staying at the KOA, Coos Bay. That's in between Horsfall and Spinreel, in the Hauser area. That's if it is the same one I am thinking of!

RSO660R....Just like he said....I've never been there before, so I would assume that there is only 1 KOA in the area. I'll be on a red 250R, my wife rides a yellow Z400. What will your group be on?

RSO660R's and my group will be staying at Horsfall campground right next to Boxcar where the night-time drag races are held. Send one of us a personal message, and we can tell you what sites we'll be in, and maybe give you a cell phone number if you are looking for us down there. So far, we've got 3 400EX's (2 red, one yellow), a red Cannibal, a Black/White Raptor, 2 Scramblers, and possibly a Blaster. The group will undoubtably get bigger before July comes. We've got 3 campsites and will be there from the 11th to the 14th. Hope to see you out there!!!

Yep, good old Greg had a severe case of monkey-butt. It was funny as heck every time we got back to camp he'd grab his "special" roll of T.P. and waddle over towards the bathrooms. LMAO!!!!
