The blade is only 52" inches wide. They are built specifically for building trails.

Hit the San Rafael Swell again today. This exit is about 100 miles east of me.

A little closer look.

Time for lunch.
Leah traded her RZR 900 Trail in on this new Can Am Maverick Trail and loves it.

The beauty in the swell is never ending.

Glad the brakes work. LOL

The wash is always fun.

The sulfur smells BAD!!

This had to be one of the if not the biggest tree in the Swell.

Slipper Arch

And this is what we came to ride up. Fix It Pass

It didn't take long to see that these folks were out of their element.

Kevin and I rode back down and helped them get thru. It would have been bad it they had to back back down.

Alpaca Peak. LOL

Eye of the Needle Arch. Some people call it Eagle Canyon Arch but we don't.

The perfect ending to another perfect day.

Beautiful pictures, but I think the rock formation in the 4th picture was giving me the finger.

My sister thinks it looks like a cobra.

I went for a ride the other day on one of the if not the least ridden trails here. Its a well kept secret and is close to home.
I only rode just over 10 miles and picked up quite a bit of trash. It was obvious that it had been left behind a long time ago.
The trail is now 100% trash free and I'll keep it that way.

I got out for another ride today. I thought I'd try to make it up to Barney Lake.

And it keeps going up.......

for an ever better view.

Other than being freezing cold it was another beautiful day.

Here's where our attempt came to an end. A bit much for my 40v chainsaw and I'm pretty sure
the side hill just up the trail would have been impassable.

So we turned around and headed back down the mountain.
There is probably a foot of snow up on top.

I always have room for what other pigs leave behind. [/SIZE]

Just when I thought it couldn't get much better you post more pictures. What great views. That tall rock in the other post had kind of a coffin shape going on, especially on the left side. There's a lot less beer cans and pop bottles lying around since they put a 10 cent deposit on anything carbonated. I still see beer cans and bottles on the trails anyway, and water bottles that don't have a deposit. I suspect the water bottles are mostly from people without coolers on motorcycles and sport quads. They don't need the weight of those empty bottles slowing them down. Sometimes when we take breaks someone will see an empty beer can, point at it and say ten cents. Sometimes it's ten cents, ten cents, ten cents. One of us usually picks them up.

Its against the law here in Utah to have an empty liquor container in your vehicle so people just toss them out.
Nothing here has any kind or a deposit on it to cash in so there goes another incentive to pack it out.
Hikers and bikers who carry it in full and toss it are just as a big piece of **** that everyone else is who doesn't pack out what they pack in.

Take only pictures, leave only footprints.

Great pics, Specta. I do want to do the Swell again if I make it out there in a year or two.

Can you get the make and model of Kevin's trailer at some point? I think it would be perfect for our needs. I like that it fit Leah's Outlander Max sideways. Not many trailers do.

Our last ride out to the Swell Kevin and I were sideways and Leah loaded he new Can Am Maverick Trail in line with plenty of room. I'm sure 4 ATVs sideways would fit just fine.

The ramp in the back is spring loaded so its easy to put up and down.

I'll ask him and let you know.
