Paiute Trail, Utah

Most folks who come here to ride come back for more.

It is addictive. Going to meet up with Specta in the fall. Can't wait. Utah is starkly beautiful.

Fish Creek in Mud Flats

I've ridden past this trail lots of times and this was the first time I actually rode it.

When the Forest Service installed this gate Ron called me and wanted me to check it out.
We've started installing them where there is no way to get around them. Today I decided to go check it out.

Time for a break and a nice healthy snack.

I seldom go for a ride where I don't pack out more than I packed in.

That's the same Fish Creek just several miles down stream from where we went.
There's a guy that owns 200 acres down at the bottom where we rode and he took a bulldozer in there and literally destroyed the trail so he could haul and 5th wheel in there. Not down the "bad" spot but about a mile prior.
The whole thing pisses me off. Long story. Remind me when you get out here to tell you.
This is where we went 3 years ago. The "trail" we rode to the end got washed away.
Here's lower Fish Creek in the previous picture. Nov 13th 2016 and there was NO snow.
