It would be really neat if we could all get ********gether one day for a ride.
Thanks but I'm OK. My pride and a scraped elbow was the extent of the damage and I lost about a gallon of gas before I had it upright. I did bend the handlebar but I bent it back and it felt fine for the ride home.
I went up the same place Sunday and walked right up. I put a new set of Carlisle Bad Land tires on Monday and they slipped all over the place and wouldn't grip the wet rocks at all. Naturally I'll blame the tires and not me.
I ruined my Carlisle ACTs and they walked right up the same place under the same conditions, wet, sandy and steep.
Those ACTs have done nothing but impress me, I really hated messing that one up but I will take it in ******** ********wn and see what they can do with it. If they can't fix it I'll keep the Bad Lands until winter get here and then I'll probably get another set of ACTs.
A friend ****ld me I could have a new set of 26" Goodyear Mud Runners but I'm not that hard up for tires yet. LOL I had a set of those already and one set was enough.

I'm reposting this, I don't understand all of the asterics, all they replace is the letters "to"

trail #1105 7-03-2010

Headed for a trail that I haven’t been on before, it goes up the face of the mountain on the left.

Trail 31105

This trail is fairly low, we had to move a few rocks to make the stream passable because no one has been up here yet this year. It surprises me how little some of the trails are traveled.

Here’s a new view of Marysvale looking from the south west.

You can see the trail on the hillside in the middle of the picture.

The spring flowers are in bloom and the shy was blue, it was an awesome day for a ride.

We came across this old mine and it is in great shape.

We’ll be back another day with some big lights.

thanks again Moose, here's a few from today

I went to see if the trail up to Barney Lake was open yet. I was up there a few weeks ago when it was foggy and didn’t make it very far due to snow and fallen trees.

It’s still one of my favorites.

There’s Marysvale from Marysvale Peak, about 10k feet.

The trail up to the lake overlook had some downed trees in the way; I was surprised that no one has been up her yet.
Video moving tree
I thought you would want to see me move the tree. LOL

Barney Lake

Lunch and a little liquid refreshment.

Somehow my Twinkies took a beating.

I love new growth, especially these little pine trees.

Barney Lake from another view point.

There is still a little snow up there.

This bunny got as close as 10 feet from me. I stopped and left the ATV running and he almost came right up to me.

I’m just few miles from being home and this is looking back south. Marysvale is behind the hill in the red circle.
