Specta,
You really need to pick a day and just go ride the Rocky Ford Trail, it is one of my favorite trails. The Circleville to Antimony loop I did is 70 miles, so it can be done in one short day. I got back to Circleville at 3:00 in the afternoon that day. You would go east out of Circleville on the Paiute Trail 01 until you get to the turn off for the Rocky Ford Trail, which is about 5 miles out of Circleville. Then follow the trail through Rocky Ford to Antimony, and eat lunch at the Antimony Mercantile. You have to cross Otter Creek, so a late summer or fall ride works best. Then ride to the town of Otter Creek and take trail 73 up Hickman Canyon to the 01 trail, and ride the 01 trail back to Circleville. I saw the elk I mentioned earlier on trail 73. Here are some more pictures from Rocky Ford.

Another way to do the Circleville to Antimony loop would be to unload the ATVs at the gauging station where the 01 Paiute Trail crosses highway 62. You could ride south on the 01 trail to the turn off for the Rocky Ford Trail, then ride the loop to Antimony and come back on the Paiute system to the gauging station on highway 62. The loop would be just 60 miles that way, and you would be able to skip that boring rocky five miles of trail coming out of Circleville at the start of the day, and the same five miles of trail at the end of the day.

The pictures of Rocky Ford do not do it justice. When you're down in the Ford it feels like you're in a deep dark midevil forest.

I'm getting a new ATV any day so maybe that will be a good run for it, if it can make it that far.

I didn't realize that Mexico was that far away from Utah.

What are you getting? Sounds like a mexican made Can Am of some sort.

A Polaris. Not really sure where its coming from. I just figured being out west it was coming from Mexico.

It might be coming from Minnesota because it is coming from "Polaris" but who knows until it gets here and I see the serial number.

I thought the Polaris plant in Mexico didn't open until next year? Either way I won't be getting a Mexican quad. Brand loyalty only goes so far.

Its free.

I have no idea when it opens, I don't follow Polaris.
