Question ATV Assembly from Crate

Hey guys,

Anyone have any idea on how hard it would be to assemble a quad from the crate?

I know someone who can buy a Can-Am for an even more reduced price than I bought mine for (but its in crate).

How much work would it be to assemble one and what kind of tools would be required?

Any comments?

Just general assembly and add fluids. Probably a much shorter warranty as your not a dealer. From those I have spoke with your avg assembly time would be 5- 10 hrs depending on skill level and degree of dissasembly

5 to 10 hours.... New can am out of the crate is about a hour at the dealer. Install handle bars, bumpers, and a few other small items, check fluids and go... But pretty sure your buddy would have 0 warranty as the dealer did not check it over so thats probably the savings as its only around $350 for the PDI/Assemblie
