We did that in a swamp with plenty of water around(only smart thing we did).

 

When they outlaw drunks with .30/06 shooting propane cylinders, then only drunks with .30/06 will shoot propane cylinders. Just my paraphrase of, "When they outlaw guns, only outlaws will have guns.
