I have a rancher, I did the same thing.
In my state you have to pay the tax each and every time it changed hands, even if its been registered before or not. So a situation like about doesnt matter.

Im sure they are all different.

The loads this machine will carry will generally be two adult riders for a 3/4 mile trip to a blind and then back.

Cold temps in my region are probably 35 degrees as an average low temp (although it gets in the 20's and teens at times).

I just did a search for the machines you recommended but there are no used ones in my area. The dealers are offering plenty of them new at prices from 7 to 10 grand...but that ain't for me.
iy really isnt that serious, ive carried 2 people on a 200 cc 2 stroke blaster for 1000's of miles...the kodiak is fine for you...remember people this guys not a serious rider he just needs to get from a to b... lol he dosnt need to goout and spend 8 grand on somthing he dosnt use to go more than a few thousand feet....go with commen sense guy...get the ack

The grizzly 450s are mid size chassis machines,so they maybe a little cramped for a passenger, Is not about motor size a 400 Arctic Cat,450 King Quad has a full size chassis. The 450 grizzly never changed from now and since it first came out.

As for cold starts, get a Carb or EFI.

A carb starts easy in the cold and a EFI starts easier in the cold is more like it.

I live in Norther Ontario Canada and every carb ATV we ride with starts up in the coldest winter days or nights.

Even the sleds in the back ground do not have EFI.
