Go to a good parts store and get a "Broken Bolt" remover. Be very careful so you don't ruin the threads when your trying to back the bolt out of the hole.

2 ideas:
drill a hole (1/8" or so) and either put a screw in the hole and continue turning till it pushes out the other side ...

or ...

go and get one of these Buy Cheap 5 PCS Broken Bolt Screw Extractor Remover Set,Bolt Extractor Set, Broken Bolt Extractor or similar
