Whats two ATVs weigh? 1200Lbs at most. If your truck can carry 1200lbs you need to buy a new truck.
I think a 1/2 ton is rated for at least 1600lbs?

When you re right the ATV I think the fluids would settle back in place. Some oil will defiantly work its way into the air box. Might be concerned about battery acid overflow also. LOL

i manage to stuff 2 atv's in the bed of my f150? 05 reg cab longbed, i have a board i built just for the occasion, i take the front bumper off of my brothers 300ex, and stuff the front bumper that i built for my warrior under the back of his 300, and i have about 2" between the back tires on my warrior and the edge of the tailgate, everything is ratched down real good tho, and i go around the block a few times before heading out and make sure everything is tight(did this once or twice to get to attica, which is a 2 hour drive for me, and a few times to some closer places). i might have some pictures around here somewhere, one of them was during the winter and it was snowing while i was loading them.

yea if your truck can't handle 1200 lb's in it, its not a truck, its a car with a bed on it, mines rated for lil over 1800 lb's in the bed, and i know i'm under 1k with the 2 quads i carry.

found the pics btw, they are before the rack, but u can see that before the rack, i didn't have to take my brothers front bumper off his honda for them to fit, nore use the wood "step" i made.

for your 6.5 bed, i do not recomend 2 quads like this tho, it won't happen, you really are better of buying a trailer, and if u don't have room to store, maybe renting one? if you don't plan on going somewhere that often, u-haul trailers aren't that expensive of an option for a days rent to go somewhere, if your only gonna ride 5-6 times a year
