battery charging after starting

hey everyone,
i was just wondering if anybody knew after starting a quad using the battery (turns over once or twice before starting) how long would you have to run it for to fully charge the battery again?

It might start on its own after a few hours of running.

It takes a 3-4 amp charge for 72 hours to fully recharge a battery.

so really it needs to be running for long periods of time to keep the battery charged

pretty much

I would have someone charge it with a battery charger.

If it goes dead within a few days of sitting I would buy a new one.

well its fairly new battery not even a year old yet

I ride about an hr at a time and my battery stays full charge.

I've been running my quad for about 20 minutes at a time and hoping that's enough to keep it charged. Fingers crossed.
