Good list so far. I think we need to handicap the people who aren't entitled to handicapped spots but use them. And to clarify one thing to smokers - cigarette butts are litter too. I'm tired of buttheads littering all the time.

I still think there ought to be creative penalties for child rapists and women beaters. Maybe the front line of the local football franchise can volunteer to beat the tar out of them. At least keep them behind bars instead of how things go now where they just let them out on the streets after a couple years.

Yes, so they can and will return to doing whatever it was that put them behind bars in the first place.

I think any crime against children and the elderly needs to be 100 times stiffer than they are.

ZERO tolerance.
