People often ask me whats the fastest quad over the 1/4 of a mile (factory Standard).
Through owning most available ATV's I can honestly tell you through personal knowledge an first hand experience, it is without a doubt the Yamaha Banshee, fact.

Factory standard Banshee can do it in 13.9 secs, second fastest is Bombadier DS Baja 650 which takes 14.8, Third is the Raptor 700 that does 15.3 secs. These times are if the rider gets the gear changes spot on.
