Default Quadzilla 300xlc problem

Jayy26 07:59 PM Yesterday
Hi I've had my quad about a month know and it had been fine untill a week or so ago..

All the gears are fine except 3rd and it's make rattling noises

Jacked the bike up so it could freewheel and when you put it in 3rd you can see the change bouncing..also when I wS driving it it has no power on 3rd

I'm guessing the teeth have gone missing ..

Does anyone have any more ideas also where cani get the parts from? And will it just be the middle gear or is it on a spline??

Thanks

Sorry didn't know we're to post quadzilla discussion

A little confused on your machine. Quadzilla was the nickname given to the Suzuki LT500 Quadracer (87 I believe). It is a 2-stroke high performance machine. Based on your description, since it only does it in 3rd gear, it does sound like a worn gear. Not sure, but I think oem is you only option here. I can't think of anyone who makes aftermarket tranny gears for your quad. If it is a Quadzilla, may have to check ebay or salvage yards since parts are getting harder to find. Also try Rocky Mountain. They just might have something.
