Advice;flipped my 350
#11
I took a pretty good tumble when I was a kid, flipped the quad and the handlebar landed on my leg. Bruised up and I couldn't really bear weight on it for a few days. I was back on it as soon as my leg was healed enough to kick it over though! I have taken a number of good tumbles over the years racing, and every time I have gotten back on and continued, luckily I have never injured man or machine so bad either could not continue.
I think you are just to early to be doing donuts, jumps, wheelies, etc just yet. When you get back on, (and I would do it sooner rather than later) just take it easy. Build your confidence back up. Take things at your own pace. I recommend the 80% rule. Never ride past 80% of your ability. Always leave some reserve for that unexpected event. If that means your boyfriend has to slow it down too, so be it. Donuts are one of those things that can get you over that 80% in a hurry though. All it takes is for a tire to grab or you to just throttle down a little and off you go. I hope you get feeling better soon.
