Default Tao tao won't strat

110cc Tao tao ran yesterday like a champ after new plug and gas. Air filter cleaned. Will turn over but does not start. Has spark. Kill switch not the issue. Used choke during start. Does not kick over to run. Any ideas. Plug seems wet with gas after I try to start.

It doesn't push in. I've messed around with it but no movement.

have you shot starting fluid in the carb if it starts after you "prime" it with starting fluid or a shot of gas will work this means your issue is the carb

you may have a clogged primary jet in your carb not allowing the proper amount of fuel in or a stuck float allowing to much fuel in
