I have a Suzuki Lt 185, I have no idea what year, but I cannot get it to start. It has great spark, great compression, and I cleaned out the carb. Even when I spray starting fluid into it, it will not even act like it wants to start. I have verified that the spark plug sparks at the right time, and I have adjusted the valves. I'm in need of some help.

 

have you checked compression. low or now compression will give you no start or hard start issues

 

It has great compression, I found that the problem was that the stator had to spin to fast to generate a spark. As of right now I'm converting it to a gm coil and module ignition
