Bottom line is if you don't have in writing a warranty, nothing can happen other than you loosing your money trying to fight it. Spend the money you would loose fighting it on getting it fixed and chalk it up as a hard lesson learned.

Was thinking the same thing as 700VTwinman. You would end up spending more on a lawyer than the quad is worth.
