When you go to court and testify it drove ok when you test drove it that'll be the end of your suit - in the sellers favor .

Welcome for the sake of devil's advocate, I would counter with these questions.

Did it run fine when you test rode it? Did you have a professional load and unload it? Was is after you had it transported that the issue began?

It sucks you're having to go through this, but I see money being tossed away on court, fees and possible attorneys that could have been used to fixed it, and get out on the trail.

If given the choice of spending money taking a case to court that I have a snowball's chance in hell of winning, OR spending my money on getting it fixed, I'd be asking the dealer if they had it fixed yet.

Yes it ran fine other than some minor repairs needed like a few noisey axles. I loaded and unloaded it.

It ran fine, you worked on it, then it had troubles.

Have an attorney read that for you.

Unless you can show the judge you are a certified atv mechanic, that just blew your case.

It ran before you worked on it and now it doesn't. CASE CLOSED!

And again, none of us are tying to be an *** about all this, we're just hoping we can save you a few more dollars.

When the dealer said the motor needed rebuilt, did they say why?

No, the dealer did not mention why it needed to be rebuilt. I do work on my own equipment.
