Default 95 kawasaki bayou 220 not wanting to start

I recently got a 95 bayou 220 got a new battery put in, the starter button does not do anything, the solenoid and starter are good when I jump the solenoid but still doesn't start just turns over. I am wondering if the starter relay is bad would that cause no spark and the push start not to work any help would be really helpful. I also have a total of four wires that are not connected they are a brown and white wire that both have power to them and a blue and black w/ yellow that do not have power the brown and blue one come from the same area and same with the white and black one these wires are located in the middle of the body of the atv any help would be great.

I dont know if you've found a solution yet but check your pulse coil with a multimeter check for continuity if the circuit is broken you wont get a tone if its good youll get your tone. this part signals the coil to spark.
