Default Joyner 800 Overheating Problem

Hello there;
I am a hunting and fishing Outfitter in Alberta, Canada, and I just bought a Joyner renegade 800. I am having a real problem with me unit overheating. I keep blowing the fuse for the fan. The dealer gave me a different unit, and the same thing happens? It can run for a couple of days with no issues, and them BAM! Fan fuse blows for no apparent reason. One mechanic I spoke to thinks it might be because the connection by the radiator is getting water in it, and causing a short. If that's the case, that would be a design flaw, and more people should be having that problem.
|Do you have any ideas? I sure would appreciate any help you could give me...

Cheers,

Dean Regehr

Clean the connector and fill it with DI Electric Grease , if it is water getting into the connector the Di Electric Grease should stop the problem ; i kown alot of members of the forums that mud bog/ride creeks and swamp's use it to keep out water and mud from the Electrical connectors of their quads !

You can get it at any Auto Parts Store , i use it in all the conectors for my light's on my auto's and quad ; the bulb's will last alot longer using the DI Electrical Grease before i started using it my pickup use to blow signal light blubs every couple months !

Hope this helps , and welcome to the forums !.......
