Kawasaki Mule vs Polaris Ranger
#21
I've also heard the the Gator drive belt doesn't work well when wet either.
My dad used to work for John Deere and would probably really like it if I bought one. It would be OK on the farm, but if I decide to take it hunting, I'm not sure that I would be happy with it.
I still haven't been able to get out to a Mule dealer, but am starting to think that the Ranger looks like a more substantial machine.

Where I work we tried the John deere gator and they seemed to ride rough. We bought five of the 2wd mules. They have been reliable and powerful, hauling people, heavy tools, or anything else we could get in them. They are comfortable, ride real well, and have plenty of power.
