It's all fabric except for the zippers and the 1/2" brass grommets where the mirrors mount. There are 5 pieces: 2 side curtains, 1 back curtain and an upper and lower strip for the windshield. It will all roll/fold up and fit into a rectangular box 30" long x 10" wide x 5" wide and weighs 5 pounds. It could fold up smaller, but that's not so good for the vinyl windows. I would include 18 yards of 1" sticky-back velcro for attaching the curtains to the frame, so with all of that plus the wieght of the box it would probably be about a 7 pound package. It would be just under $30 USD to ship to Canada via US Postal Service and that would take 6-10 days. I did a little research and found that there would be some Canadian customs fees and GST to consider also. I'd love to build you one (or 2). I would also really appreciate the name of your contact at the Xinyang company you mentioned. I would definetly consider marketing these.

 

But did you ever come up with a price on these or what you would need for $'s to share the patterns?
