I just saw the new Can-Am 1000cc UTV. Massive suspension travel. More race inspired but it is awsome.
May I mention a Kymco. Kymco's are a fine Tiawanese made machine with Honda roots.
The Kymco I have is a great machine (ATV).
I'd have to think the Kymco UTV's would be just as dependable.

For the purposes intended, I'd just get a ratted out jeep, get it back in a mechanically fit condition and save the extra money for ammo and mre's.

I'd use the money you wanna spend on a good doctor to to help you figure out why you think you might need to "bug out"! LOL!

Serious question deserves a serious answer.

1) I need to know about your bug out location. Are you heading to an improved site or just grabbing a tent, a sleeping bag and hoping to survive long enough to outlive the disaster.
2) Assuming you have a imporved shelter. What kind of fuel are you storing and how do you intend to provide power etc. This is a big deal. Gasoline doesn't store well. Even with all the fuel adatives out there, it still is junk very quickly. Diesel stores longer and diesel engines are way more tollerant of poor fuel condition.

Fuel type should be dictating your choices. Standardize on one type. Gasoline is much easier to find normally, but in an extended emergency, you and everybody else will be looking for it. Those on Diesel may find it easier to find since most people don't want it. It is important that all your toys and power production be standard so you do not have to store multiple kinds of fuel, and make yourself a target of panic stricken survivors in the process.
With all that in mind, my recommendation would be to go with Diesel. Although the generator may be the hardest to find. A small diesel tractor can easily handle a gen on it's PTO/3 point hitch. And a tractor can be very useful if you have a back hoe or a bucket on it as well.
Kubota sells a diesel SxS that is a tank. Based on their tractor technology, it will handle anything. Bobcat has a tool handler that is a sxs that takes all the tractor impliments. Very usefull and could take the place of a tractor.

The question still goes back to your bug out plans and location. If you have an improved location, then a vehicle can be a better choice for getting there. Just remember, roads are going to draw paniced people. The SxS will give you options that a jeep or pickup can't. However the pickup would haul more stuff. Guess it depends on how much you have already prestaged, if anything.
