What are some options on which axle to replace the 400EX with ???

Durablue??????
Lonestar??????
anything else

I just got the dura blue elminator axle(lifetime warranty)for 289 from moto-man. The lonestar axle is the same thing but cost 370 both are +2in on each side

I think RPM makes axles. I have a Lone Star axle on my 300ex and it cost $325. I would get a Dura Blue if you don't want to spend alot on an axle.

Durablue axels are nice. But there lifetime waranty is not a true one. They will replace your original axels if you bend or break it. But if you bend or break the new one they give you for a replacement then you are screwed. Lonestar and RPM have true lifetime warranties. I ran a RPM Dominator or my old MX quad and loved it. Never bent or broke it and it was strong.
