Your float adjustment is set to low and is not letting in fuel fast enough when your going wide open. Just simply adjust your float a little higher and your set to go.

Default Rev Problem

Well after you take your float bowl off you obviously can see the floats. If you move the floats up and down you can see a little tab pushing up on what looks like a small round shaft that moves up and down. This is your needle jet. To adjust the floats you bend that tab either way depending on how you want to adjust it. Now for your problem you want to adjust your floats higher so you bend that little tab TOWARD the needle jet. YOU ONLY HAVE TO BEND IT A VERY LITTLE BIT!!! After that try it and see if it works at running wide open. If it still cut out go a very little bit more on the tab untill it works wide open. The reason for only going a very little bit is you can easily go to far and it will be the opposite, FLOOD OUT. You will notice this if gas runs out the overflow tube, meaning you went way too far.

I just went through this $hit on my DS and it took me about 7 trys before I got it right, but it was well worth the time. The thing is to go in SMALL incraments in bending the tab and you should be set to go in no time!! PM me for anymore questions because I am happy to help!!!
