Default 400 ex jetting problem

i have a 2002 400ex and i recently put on a ct racing exaust (pipe and header). soon after i realized i need to rejet my quad, and i decided to buy a ct racing jet kit. i installed the titanium needle in the carb, however i couldnt find where to put the fuel mixture screw... also during the processs of searcing for it i messed up and unscrewed not 1 but 2 different screws (i screwed up twice) located at 2 different places on the carb. they both had springs on them and while unscrewing one of them the gas started leaking from a tube that went to the bottom of the quad. does anyone know where the fuel mixture screw goes and/or i messed up my quad by unscrewing those to screws? thanks

The screw where the fuel came out is the float bowl drain, you never screwed anything up there. Just tighten it back up. The other one I,m guessing is you idle screw.

the air fuel screw is in the front of the bowl pointing straight down. It is slightly recessed in the housing.

Straight slot screw.

best way is to loosten the carb and tilt it.
Count how many turns you go in, and then turn it out as far as you want it. Do this so you know what it was set at and you can compare to what you reset it to.
