For your size i would also say warrior. Rock solid quad that you can pick up for cheap plus its faster than a 300ex and 250x.

 

umm, the mojave is like 1 or 2 mph slower than the 300ex, i read it in the dirtwheels mag (one of the older issues).

I would say for ur height a raptor(if u want lots 'o speed), z-400(semi- lotto speed), or 300ex(trail ridin)

 

Since you want something used at a good price, I would say either the 300ex or Warrior. Considering your height and potential to gain more size and weight I'd say the Warrior. You could find one at a reasonable price because they've been out for a long time.
