Full *versus* Slip-on

Hey I was wonbdering besides for like looks or anything is it really worth it getting a full system versus a slip on.I wouldnt see why it would cause they don't use bigger or smaller pipes or anything??250ex...

A "full" system uses a larger diameter head pipe, this allows for a less restrictive exhaust. Helped on my 300ex.

Instead of buying the full system i bought the slip on and ground out the welds in the header pipe.

I don't know anybody who has bothered to buy a header for their 250. We have an FMF MegaMaxII, K&N, and vented airbox lid, and the increase in performance was very noticeable!! For me, this is a kids bike, so I'm not going to spend any more money on it.

I heartily agree that a header is a MUST ON A 300EX!!
