the polaris scrambler 500 4x4's are nice and they are the most sportiest out of the 4x4's..

If you want one that's smaller and lighter and handles better than a Scrambler you might want to look at the Yamaha Wolverine.

My son has a real hard time keeping up with me on his 300ex, and I leave him way behind on the straightaways, sounds sporty enough for me !!!!!! (Wolverine )

The Wolverine is probably as close to the concept as you are going to get.

Take a look at the Rancher. Now, it sure isn't any sport bike, but it is medium size and sporty enough for trail riding.
