22mm Keihin for all years of that model.

 

thanks for the oinfo, does anyone happen to have air screw for it, at least i think that is what it is, it is a little screw on bottom of carb, i was riding mine today and i lost it, so now i can't ride it because it runs lean. Also look for a gas tank for same.
