I just thought this would be an interesting subject to talk about. Who has been in Dirt Wheels, 4 Wheel ATV Action, or ATV Action? What were you in the magazine(s) for?

 

I found my self in the the article on the cochranton poker run in the pic of the field lined up.

 

i wrote a letter to dw and it was in the issue with the cannondale on the front on page 28 I think right under wheelie response.

I have had a few letters and tech questions published in 4-Wheel Action, but it's been a few years. I never sent anything else in once I figured out all you could ever want to know and more was on the internet, and a lot faster than the mags getting a response!

 

My friend who has a 500cc waolveine with loadds of banshee beating power was in it, with a whole article talking about his quad including close up photos and alot of other cool stuff. His name is Richie Travelina, probably the best GNCC racer in PA. his brother who is about my age was also in there with a 400+ cc warrior. 2 great riders. just thought i'd share that. I belive it was the june or april issue of dirtwheels. later
