Default how mutch money would this take?

Well i have a 300ex right now(just got a new full exhaust, and a uni airfilter), and i saw a video of a 300ex dragging a piped banshee and the 300ex won... any guess how mutch money it would cost to do that(and if it would be worth it)? also how mutch HP do you think its doing to the wheels, and how mutch money would it cost to keep up with stock z400's and 400exs?
i was thinking of bringing my quad into a machine shop in my town and having them bore it(would this be worth it?) and switching piston to a 11:1

honestly I didn't even know that was possible. I'll have to check out the video. I have a 400ex with 440 kit, cam, filter, full exhaust, rejet, no lid, and still have not beaten a well ridden banshee

would probably put a lot of stress on it. When I got my 440 kit the guy who did it told me there was a 470 kit but he prefered not to install them because they don't last more than a couple seasons, so you can imagine what a 396 kit on a 300 would do! Plus honestly even if you did do that you would probably beat stock 400's but not banshees

yes I did see it and it was very impressive, however I did notice the banshee wheelie at the start which probably hurt his time. You know, you could probably sell your 300 and pick up a slightly used 400 very cheap now that all these new quads are comming out. Then you wouldn't have to worry about sacrificing reliability for speed. I should mention though that I have had my 440 kit for about 2 years and had no problem so maybe you will be fine, its just a gamble

step one: remove stickers from 300ex
step two: purchase yamaha banshee
step three: remove stickers from banshee
step four: apply 300ex stickers to banshee
you're done

i highly dought you will get 3000 for a 94 300ex. I mean, all your mods add up to like 300-350 dolars s0 3000 is way too much. I would guess around 2250-2600
