The cam was different, the exhaust was free flowing, the intake was modded, rejeted, gears were changed for a higher top speed, rev box was changed for more rpm's, suspension used heavier springs and a larger fuel tank of course also.

Higherlifter has a piston that is over 700cc and a cam for the Rincon.

 

Do you know where I can get any pictures of it? The only ones I have are the two from the Honda website.

 

Kaiser... Yes I have a Gas Gas 450, but it's the FSE bike. I wanted a new bike before another quad.
I like the motor, you can lug it down to an idle in first and ease on the throttle body or slam it open, no lag or hesitation, just acceleration, it seem to rev pretty quick. The 6 speed gear box is smooth, I can shift without a clutch under normal acceleration, hard acceleration I don't try. It's a big ole heavy, fuel injected, electric start, 6 speed, hydraulic clutch, ohilins suspended trail riddin bike for me.
Oh, and it comes with everything to make it street legal, even a steering lock. I haven't tried to do the paperwork.

Cory, you and your man have got to hook up with us for a dune run this season for a couple of reasons......

#1 = I work with a honey named Becky Hinson who like you, is a tire spinnin' mama [who is also easy on the eyes if you don't mind me sayin'!!]. Like you she has been in the Hi-Torque pubs. She was on the cover of 3&4 Action jumping CT quads at Glamis a few years back. Dude, I would be the coolest cat EVER if I could ride with 2 chickies like yourselves. I wouldn't even be bummed if I were slowest. [check that, yes I would]. Regardless, I'll drink you both under the table!!

#2 = I'll have the first 450R in town for EVERYONE to ride!! Having E-start put on it right away too.

What da ya say?? Canyon Honda said I should have my 450R in 2 weeks. I should also have my daughter [due date Nov. 30] 'bout the same time, so priorities might take effect.

lets also not forget that its a documented fact tha tthe rincons cut the course in an area. they were originally DQ'D until Big HOnda stepped in and were reinstated

 

I still haven't seen any solid evidence that the Rincon cut the course.
