Are you shure you had any oil at all getting up to the head??, mabye a oil pump problem, this happened to my 350 and it cost me a new head and all the internal components!!

I'm going to talk to the mechanic tomorrow. He said on the phone that the Cam Shaft was blocked or something so barely any oil was going through.

keep the bigred it will last forever after that rebuild and they`re rare.
