I am new to the forum and wondered if anyone could help out. I recently bought an old 82 atc70 for my young ones and have been buying all kinds of things to get it going. now i have all the puzzle together and was wondering if anyone knew how to set up the carb for the initial running. I dont see any gas getting on my plug after quite a few pulls and I think my carb may need a better setup.I just rebuilt it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
