i plane on re painting my frame and some other boring dull silver parts to make my quad look better. I plan on painting red white and black. whats a good paint and should i use a clear coat too?

Actually one of the most durable processes is powdercoating, check your local yellow pages.

 

powdercoating a frame, A-arms, swingarm, and ne other accessories will cost u in the range of about $400+ if u want paint then go to home depot, and tell them what type of metal u r painting. i would reccomend using a primer, and a clear coat for some extra durability isn't a bad idea. jus a warning, if u paint ne thing that is prone to get scratched, the paint will not last. i know this from experience. u can put on as many coats as you want, but it wont matter. good luck.

 

what he said powdercoating is the best thing you can do. ive painted my blaster frame twice and the paint wont last two weeks i promise.
